1.0 All sales made (Afterpay / Paypal / Credit card) are made using various gateways. We do not hold any personal data in relation to credit card numbers and information is not stored by Moonspire Creations
1.1 All sales are final, once a purchase has been made, the stock is automatically allocated, canceling an order pre-shipping will result in a 20% restocking fee (This covers time AND fees incurred by providers that are not refundable to our business
1.11 After-sales – While you are entitled to a refund on goods that have a MAJOR fault, we do not refund for change of mind, please be careful when choosing a product as no refunds are given.
1.2 Warranties are given as 12 months, if a hardware item because faulty within 12 months, you will be able to ship it back to us (originally at your cost) and if deemed to be an issue with the hardware a refund for shipping will be provided (How ever in cases where the damage is due to neglect or not following instructions, no refund will be provided for this shipping cost. (Under ACL law you are entitled to a refund is a major issue occurs within the warranty
1.3 Stock – All stock is held in our supplies Melbourne Warehouse (for oils, diffusers, and warmers) this means that we direct ship (our supplier is a 30 min drive from our home, so we setup postage facilities with our provider so we could cut a business day off our process times
1.4 Free Postage – Free express postage is to anywhere in Australia, but it does NOT guarantee next day delivery, it can be different due to post codes, please check before ordering, always allow a couple of days. In rare instances where express post cannot be used, standard Australia Post options will be selected and still free.
1.5 Abuse of any kind will not be tolerated, we are pretty easy going, liberal people, but we both agree to always provide the best customer service possible in a situation, how ever should behaviours and courtesies degrade, we will cut all communication after reasonable steps have been taken. (To date 3 years in business we have never had this situation occur and hope to keep it that way)
2.0 Turn around times – Please check the turn around times in each product as for example if you order on a Friday morning, it will not ship until Tuesday morning (as Mondays our supplier is closed)
